When will I receive my Recci Power Bank??

This is a pre-order. We estimate shipping will begin on 31 December, 2025. Once shipping starts, you will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours. Please note, this is an estimated date and is subject to minor logistical changes.

What is the exact capacity and charging speed??

The Recci RPB-W36 features a 10000mAh battery and supports up to 15W Wireless Fast Charging and 20W PD Wired Output via USB-C.

Is the Recci RPB-W36 compatible with my phone?

The magnetic wireless charging function is compatible with MagSafe-enabled devices (iPhone 12 series and later). For other devices, it can be used as a standard wired power bank via the USB-C port.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product ships from origin country. Please refer to our Refund Policy below for detailed steps.

Refund Policy

A. Pre-Order Cancellation

Eligibility: You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund of booking money at any point after 3 day of booking.
Refund Amount: Cancellations made during this period are eligible for a 100% full refund of booking amount.
Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be processed within 3 business days.

B. Post-Delivery Returns (Standard Product Warranty)

Return Window: Once the product has been delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if it has manufacturing defect.
Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused/resalable condition. Defective products are exempt from the “unused” requirement.
Refund Amount: For confirmed defective products, a full refund, including original shipping, will be issued.
Warranty: The Recci RPB-W36 comes with a 12 Months manufacturing warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents.

Acceptance of Terms: By placing a pre-order booking for the Recci RPB-W36 Power Bank, you acknowledge and agree that the payment you submit is for the pre-order of a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
Estimated Shipping Date: The estimated delivery date of 31/12/2025 is a target only and is subject to change. Manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, or logistical challenges may impact this timeline. We will communicate any significant delays promptly via email or phone.
Payment and Pricing: The price paid during the pre-order phase is the guaranteed final price, even if the retail price increases later. Minimum BDT 500 payment is collected at the time of placing the pre-order.
No Resale: Products acquired through the pre-order are for the purchaser’s personal use only and may not be resold to third parties.
